Protected View

Choose 'Enabled' and select 'Files from potentially unsafe locations' or 'All Files' to turn on protected view in order to protect your computers from being harmed by files originated from potentially unsafe locations.

Choose 'Enabled' and select 'Off' to turn off protected view.

This will change the setting in Preferences > Security > Protected View.
