建立一个维护计划，以限制用于 BITS 后台传输的最大网络带宽

此策略设置限制后台智能传输服务(BITS)在维护时间内用于后台传输的网络带宽。维护计划会进一步限制用于后台传输的网络带宽。

如果启用此策略设置，则可以单独定义一组网络带宽限制，并为维护时期建立计划。

可以指定一个限制用于维护计划期间的后台作业。例如，如果普通优先级作业当前在某个工作计划中限制为 256 Kbps，则可以在某个维护计划中将上午 8:00 点到上午 10:00 点时段内的普通优先级作业的网络带宽进一步限制为 0 Kbps。

如果禁用或未配置此策略设置，则会使用为工作或非工作计划定义的限制。

注意: 为维护时期设置的带宽限制会取代为工作和其他计划定义的所有限制。
