Alterar botão para ligar/desligar do Menu Iniciar

Defina a ação padrão do botão de ligar e desligar no menu Iniciar.

Se você habilitar esta configuração, o menu Iniciar definirá o botão de ligar e desligar para a ação escolhida e não permitirá que o usuário altere essa ação.

Se você definir o botão como Suspensão ou Hibernar e esse estado não possuir suporte em um computador, o botão voltará para Desligar.

Se você desabilitar ou não definir esta configuração, o botão de ligar e desligar do menu Iniciar será definido como Desligar por padrão e o usuário poderá alterar essa configuração para outra ação.
