更改"开始"菜单电源按钮

设置"开始"菜单电源按钮的默认操作。

如果启用此设置，则"开始"菜单将电源按钮设置为选中的操作，不允许用户更改此操作。

如果将该按钮设置为"睡眠"或"休眠"，但计算机不支持该状态，则该按钮将退而实现"关闭"操作。

如果禁用或未配置此设置，在默认情况下，"开始"菜单电源按钮将设置为"关闭"，用户可以将此设置更改为其他操作。
