Configures whether or not users are allowed to run the WindowSMART client (user interface). If this policy is disabled or not configured, users may run the client (provided they have sufficient perms to run an application in elevated mode). If this policy is enabled, users (including administrators) are forbidden from running the UI. This policy has no effect on the WindowSMART Lightweight Client, which has no UI.
