Windows Phone Notification Via Toasty

This setting specifies settings for sending alert notifications via Toasty to Windows Phone devices. Toasty is supported on Windows Phone 7 devices (and possibly Windows Phone 8). If this policy is enabled, the Toasty notifications are administrator defined and cannot be changed by the user. If this policy is disabled, Toasty notifications are disabled and cannot be enabled or changed by the user. If this policy is not configured, users are free to configure the Toasty settings.
