Timeout when attempting to get details about a failed password change

After a user's attempt to change password from 'ctrl-alt-del', Specops uReset Client will contact the DC to find details about the password change failure (failed rules).

If the DC isn't reachable, or the Specops Password Policy Sentinel isn't installed, this value controls the timeout, in milliseconds, before giving up.

Note that Specops Password Policy must be installed on all DCs for this feature to be used.

Normally there is no need to configure this setting.
