Query all writable domain controllers to display assigned policy rules when password change fails

If a user fails to meet password policy rules when changing their passwords via the logon server, Specops Password Client will use all writable domain controllers in the domain to locate the domain controller that received the password change request. Normally, the Specops Password Client is able to find that domain controller without enabling this setting. This setting is disabled by default.
