啟用/允許 Management Provider 和精靈： 平台可以透過 Management Provider 介面、快速初始化精靈或初始化精靈進行初始化。
啟用/僅允許 Management Provider：
僅能透過 Management Provider 介面初始化平台。
停用： 不能初始化平台。
預設值：啟用/允許 Management Provider 和精靈。
