EFS 证书过期警告事件
启用：在 Security Platform 用户的 EFS 证书过期之前，将通过一个提示框来通知他们。指定何时进行通知，如证书过期前 14 天。
禁用：不对证书过期进行通知。
默认值：在证书过期前 14 天通知用户。
