This setting allows you to force the Remote Desktop session window to be always on top.
This setting also disables the minimize button and will thus ensure that users remain working in the session until they close it. When connecting to RemoteApps, this setting will be ignored.
If you enable this setting, the Remote Desktop session will be started as 'Always on top' and the minimize button in the title bar will be disabled.
If you disable or do not configure this setting, the session will be started normally, unless the /ontop command line parameter was used.
