This policy setting lets you define whether the desktop and program group shortcuts to the Self-Service site on users' computers should not be created by Secure Password Extension.
If you enable this policy setting, shortcuts to the Self-Service site will not be created either on users' desktops or in the Start menu.
If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, the desktop and program group shortcuts to the Self-Service site will be created on users' computers.
NOTE: This policy setting overrides the "Restore desktop shortcut for Self-Service site" option.
