Password Manager realm affinity

When locating the Self-Service site, Secure Password Extension by default selects the Self-Service URL published in the service connection point. Several Password Manager Service instances sharing common configuration are called Password Manager realm. This policy setting forces Secure Password Extension to use only Password Manager Service instances belonging to a specific realm. The realm affinity ID is available on the Service Instances tab of the General Settings section of the Administration site.

If you specify the realm affinity ID and enable this policy setting, Secure Password Extension will use only the Password Manager Service instances which belong to the specified realm.

If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, Secure Password Extension will select a Password Manager Service from those managing the local domain.
