Custom Tools Access

List of identifiers of custom tools with their access modes.
List is a string of elements separated by '|' character. Each element consists of two parts separated by ':'.
First part is an ID of tool and the second part - is the access mode. Possible access modes are:
0 - read-only (imposible to edit parameters of tool);
1 - editable;
Examples:
*:0|{C57F2DF9-FC8C-4521-8E0F5A39AEAB8895}:1 - to prevent changing all custom tools excepting one custom tool that has specified ID.
Tip: to see identifiers of all existing Tools you may run the PDFXTools.exe with command line:
PDFXTools.exe /DumpTools "c:\PDFTools.txt"
