Custom Categories Visibility

List of identifiers of custom categories with their visibility factors.
List is a string of elements separated by '|' character. Each element consists of two parts separated by ':'.
First part is an ID of category and the second part - is the visibility factor. Possible factor values are:
0 - hide;
1 - show;
Examples:
*:0|{17F9DA9C-0E4E-4276-B40FFD223D1F5397}:1 - to show only one custom category that has specified ID.
Tip: to see identifiers of all existing Categories you may run the PDFXTools.exe with command line:
PDFXTools.exe /DumpCategories "c:\PDFTools_Categories.txt"
