配置窗体区域权限

默认情况下，允许在 Outlook 中运行所有窗体区域自定义内容。通过使用此设置，可以禁用所有窗体区域自定义内容，也可以指定必须按计算机而非按用户注册窗体区域。

配置窗体区域权限:

0. 允许运行所有窗体区域

1. 仅允许运行 HKLM 中注册的窗体区域

2. 禁止运行任何窗体区域
