窗体区域

默认情况下，所有邮件类都可使用所有窗体区域。通过此设置，可配置单个邮件类的窗体区域行为，以指定要加载的自定义内容。这些自定义内容限制不会传播给窗体子类型。

0. 允许所有窗体区域
