Web Portal URL
Defines the Web Portal URL, e.g.: 'https://portal.example.com/enqsig'. The 'Large Files' section in the ribbon of a new mail message is displayed if the policy is enabled and configured with a valid URL. The section is hidden if the policy is not configured or if the configured URL has an invalid format.
