Tray: Error display delay
Specifies the time in seconds that the notification area tray will display error messages like 'launch failed'. Applied the next time an app launch or load starts.
The default value is 30 seconds. If the value is set to 0 these error messages will be suppressed.
Supported on: At least Windows XP Professional with SP2
