Always On USB

Specifies whether USB power is supplied when computer is in standby mode, in hibernation mode, or turned off.

Possible Always On USB mode include:

-iPod® or iPhone™ digital devices
-BlackBerry® smartphone
-Others
-Automatically detect device

If you enable this policy setting, USB power is supplied even when your computer is in standby mode. And you must select the Always On USB mode.

In some systems, Always On USB is disabled when the system is in hibernation mode and turned off unless you enable "Enable even when the computer is in hibernation mode or turned off".

If you disable this policy setting, USB power is not supplied when your computer is in standby mode, in hibernation mode, or turned off.
