Allow the Web widget at Windows startup

Allows the Web widget to start running at Windows startup.

If you enable:
The Web widget will start running at Windows startup by default.
If the widget is disabled via 'WebWidgetAllowed' (Enable the Web widget) policy, this policy will not start the widget on Windows startup.

If you disable this policy:
The Web widget will not start at Windows startup for all profiles.
The option to start the widget at Windows startup will be disabled and toggled off in Microsoft Edge settings.

If you don't configure the policy:
The Web widget will not start at Windows startup for all profiles.
The option to start the widget at Windows startup will be toggled off in Microsoft Edge settings.
