Enable Microsoft Search in Bing suggestions in the address bar

Enables the display of relevant Microsoft Search in Bing suggestions in the address bar's suggestion list when the user types a search string in the address bar. If you enable or don't configure this policy, users can see internal results powered by Microsoft Search in Bing in the Microsoft Edge address bar suggestion list. To see the Microsoft Search in Bing results, the user must be signed into Microsoft Edge with their Azure AD account for that organization.
If you disable this policy, users can't see internal results in the Microsoft Edge address bar suggestion list.
If you have enabled the set of policies which forces a default search provider ('DefaultSearchProviderEnabled' (Enable the default search provider), 'DefaultSearchProviderName' (Default search provider name) and 'DefaultSearchProviderSearchURL' (Default search provider search URL)), and the search provider specified is not Bing, then this policy is not applicable and there will be no Microsoft Search in Bing suggestions in the address bar's suggestion list.
