Battery Settings

This policy customizes the Battery Setting.

Note: Hidden battery settings will be ignored if anything other than "User Controlled" is selected in the "Select a battery setting" field

Select a battery setting:
Select an option from the drop-down list to lock the setting.

Note: When "Custom" is selected, the Start Charging and Stop Charging values must be set.
Below are general start/stop values. The values may vary between different systems. If a specified value is not within the client system's minimum or maximum capabilities, the client system's minimum or maximum value will be used.
* Minimum start value is 50%
* Maximum stop value is 95%
* The start and stop values must differ by more than 5%

Note: "Lock current BIOS setting" causes the UI to display the current BIOS battery setting as read-only.

Select the battery setting(s) to hide:
Select one or more of the settings to prevent them from being available within the UI.

Note: Selecting "Not Configured" or "Disabled" will have the same effect.
