此策略管理"电池警报"。
用户控制：允许系统用户选择显示还是隐藏此警报。（这是默认值）。
开：如果检测到此警报的条件，则必须显示此警报。
关：如果检测到此警报的条件，则必须隐藏此警报。
注：选择"未配置"或"已禁用"具有相同的效果。
