ODBC Server 3

Configuring this setting will create a ODBC connection profile for DBM Tools

ODBC DSN: This should be the name of the ODBC DSN to connect to.
DSNs can be configured / viewed in the Data Sources control panel applet.

Type: This should be the type of database, meaning software platform.
Choose from the list of supported software.
If your software is not listed here but is supported, you may be using an outdated version of the GP template; update your template by running the GP template install script again, which can be downloaded from DBMTools.com

Note: Please be aware that on 64 bit machines there are two DSN configurations, one for 32 bit applications and one for 64 bit applications. The architecture of the end user application (i.e. Excel, Access) determines which configuration will be used.
