Set a custom locale
OPTIONAL.
Blinzle dynamically selects the correct language for the UI. If the user's language does not exist it defaults to [9] which is English.
Set to [7] for German, [9] for English.
This Policy configures the Value [CustomLocale] located under the [Software\Pharmini\Blinzle] Key.
Supported on: At least Windows Vista
