Accept EULA

For Reader, indicates whether the end user license agreement has been accepted by the end user (Reader only).
Acrobat uses the key EULAAcceptedForBrowser. If the EULA is not accepted, the application cannot be used and the Updater is also prevented from running. Possible values include:
0: Show the EULA because it has not been accepted.
1: Don't show the EULA because it has been accepted.

GUI mapping: The EULA acceptance UI that appears on application launch if the EULA value is 0
