Smart Card Readers Black List
Defines the list of smart card readers not authorized for use with ActivClient.
If this setting is not configured or disabled, then ActivClient uses any connected smart card reader.
Note: This list is populated with the full reader name or a substring starting with the prefix of the reader name.
