Always use specific domain controller

If this setting is enabled then the user will always be performing actions against the specified domain controller. This can be used to ensure the user is connecting to a local domain controller that is in the same location as the user that is attempting to use their account once it has been unlocked.
If this setting is disabled or not configured, the user will be able to specify a domain controller in the options window or not specify a domain controller and let Windows locate a suitable domain controller on its own.
