Permissions for /usr/lib/chkpwd/tcb_chkpwd

This policy defines permissions for privileged helper /usr/lib/chkpwd/tcb_chkpwd

Any user with scheme tcb disabled — Any user can be authenticated using /usr/lib/chkpwd/tcb_chkpwd privileged helper when tcb scheme is disabled

Any user with scheme tcb enabled — Any user can be authenticated using /usr/lib/chkpwd/tcb_chkpwd privileged helper when tcb scheme is enabled

Only root — Only the superuser can be authenticated with /usr/lib/chkpwd/tcb_chkpwd
