Default query file location
If this setting is enabled then the path specified will be used as the user's default query file location, which is the location where any custom queries that they create will be saved to by default. When a user creates a new query they will still have the option of choosing to save it to a different location, this setting just controls the default setting. This directory will also be searched for query files each time the application is launched.
If this setting is disabled or not configured, the default directory that the user has configured in the Options window will be used.
