If this setting is enabled then by default any queries that use non-replicated values will fail if the attribute could not be retrieved from one domain controller. The user can still change this option in the Domain Settings window, this setting just controls the default behavior.
If this setting is disabled then by default a query will not fail if one or more domain controllers cannot be contacted but a warning message will be shown in the query progress log.
If this setting is not configured, the setting that the user has configured in the Options window will take effect.
